Shipping is automatically calculated when you add items to the shopping cart and go to checkout.

Payment

Payment is made with Visa / MasterCard.

Agreement process

An order submitted via the online store is considered binding for the buyer when the "Confirm Order" button is clicked in the ordering process. After the order has been sent, it is not possible to add or change items in the order. The order is not considered binding for the seller until it has been reviewed by the seller and sent out. The e-mail that is sent out automatically after an order has been placed is therefore considered binding for the buyer, but not binding for the seller until it has been reviewed. The seller reserves the right to delete orders that are obviously incorrect.

Delivery

Normal delivery time is approx. one week after we have received confirmation of your order. For goods that are going to Northern Norway or that have to be sent by freight route, the delivery time may be somewhat longer. We reserve the right to cancel orders based on stock status, printing errors, etc. Any amounts paid or reservations will of course be refunded/released immediately.

Examination of the products

On receipt and at the latest within 24 hours of receipt, it is important to go through the delivery and check that the item(s) and quantity match the order confirmation. The goods must also be checked for transport damage. Visible transport damage must be reported to the carrier on receipt. Transport damage that is not visible on receipt must be reported within 24 hours to make a claim. Unfortunately, claims reported after these deadlines cannot be covered. The buyer can refuse to accept goods damaged in transport. If the buyer accepts goods(s) damaged in transport or they subsequently turn out to be damaged in transport, it is the buyer's responsibility to dispose of them at his own expense.

Complaint

If the goods received are faulty or missing on delivery, you must contact us as soon as possible and within 14 days of receipt.

If a complaint is made and it turns out that there is no basis for this, the seller can demand that costs for shipping and elapsed time be covered.

Right of withdrawal

As a customer with us, you have full exchange and return rights for 14 days from the day you received the goods. The condition is that the item must be unused and the original packaging must be intact. When using the Right of Cancellation Act, it is the customer's responsibility to cover the return postage.

Return of Goods

All goods that are returned must be sent by post in their original packaging and be similarly packed as when the goods were received. If the online store pays shipping, only shipping by the most reasonable shipping method is covered. The purchase price is refunded when the goods have been received and approved. Parcels must not be sent to us as cash on delivery, and will not be redeemed.

Unclaimed packages

Unclaimed shipments will be invoiced with NOK 175 in addition to real porto and return postage.

Customer data is not shared with/sold to a third party. This information is stored in accordance with Norwegian law.
